1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with in-house production facilities and over 20 years of experience in carbon fiber rim manufacturing. 2. What types of carbon fiber do you use?
We use high-grade Japanese Toray T700, T800, and T1000 carbon fiber, depending on the model and required strength-to-weight ratio. All materials are traceable and comply with international standards.

3. Can you produce rims for both road bikes and mountain bikes?
Yes. We manufacture a full range of carbon rims for: Road Bikes (Aero/Climbing/All-Rounder) Gravel Bikes Mountain Bikes (XC/Trail/Enduro) Fat Bikes & E-Bikes Custom geometries, hole counts, and profiles are available.

4. Do you offer OEM & ODM services?
Absolutely. We support: OEM: Laser logos, decals, packaging, hubs/spokes integration ODM: Custom rim profiles, new mold development, performance tuning We also offer low MOQs for pilot programs and emerging brands.

5. What's your standard lead time?
Sample order: With Current Mold, 15 days, and Labeling paper requires an additional 5 days If there is no mold, once the 3D drawing is confirmed, the mold will be made one month after receiving the mold payment, plus the production process of 15 days, that is 45 days. Bulk order: 20-50 days depending on quantity and customization We always confirm delivery timelines before order finalization.

6. What testing standards do your rims meet?
All rims undergo strict QC and fatigue testing according to EN14781 / ISO4210 / UCI standards. Our lab performs: Spoke tension tests Impact and crush resistance Heat-resistance for disc and rim brake models Rim lateral rigidity test report Rim positive rigidity test report Rim UCI Impact test report Walking fatigue test report Test reports and videos can be provided upon request.

7. How do you ensure quality control during production?
We implement 5-stage quality checks: Raw material inspection Layup consistency check Curing & molding inspection Roundness & weight balance test Final inspection & packaging audit You are welcome to schedule video inspections or third-party QC.

8. What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM rim branding: MOQ 20-50 pcs For branded stock models: MOQ 1-10 pcs We also support trial orders and distributor testing programs.

10. What are your payment terms?
We accept: T/T (50% deposit, 50% before shipment) L/C at sight (for large orders) PayPal (for samples or first-time cooperation)
